We provide Registered Nurses who are highly trained in Cardiac, ICU, Wound Care, Geriatric, Cancer, Transplant Care, etc.
We can arrange necessary medical equipment, as well as housekeeping to help maintain patient’s home-life.
We assist patients to contact the Illinois Telecommunication Access Corporation (ITAC) for patients who require TDD or TT communication devices.
We are a Medicare certified health care provider and licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
The home health criteria:
Medicare and commercial insurances (for qualified patients) cover home health services.
We offer various language services and our diversified staff speaks the following languages in addition to English: Spanish, Polish, Korean, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Vietnamese, Romanian, Russian, Tagalog, etc.
We do front loading visits and 24/7 care for recently discharged patients to prevent re-hospitalization.
We currently provide services to homebound patients with Medicare insurance and selected commercial insurances if approved.
We have on-call RN 24/7 who can readily care for patients as needed.
